Female Friendly™®, Pink Tick™ and Silver Shield™ are registered trademarks of Female Friendly Pty Ltd. The words “Female Friendly” are a registered word-mark and trademark to Female Friendly Pty Ltd.

Our logos are only permitted for use when a business is Female Friendly accredited, and has the permission of Female Friendly Pty Ltd.

  • Pink Tick™, Silver Shield™ and Female Friendly™ are only to be used as per arrangement with Female Friendly Pty Ltd.
  • Any written articles or advertisments incorporating these words must be approved by Female Friendly Pty Ltd prior to print or going to air
  • Accredited businesses must use the Trade Marks precisely as they appear in the Female Friendly contractual agreement.
  • Female Friendly Pty Ltd can offer assistance with artwork design and/or written documents (scripts, advertisments, posters, letters etc).
  • When referring to your business’s accreditation, you may only use the “Female Friendly Accredited” logo.
  • When referring to the business Female Friendly Pty Ltd, you must only use the “Female Friendly Accreditation” logo.
  • If using the wording “Female Friendly” you must always include “TM” after the words, and the context of the words “Female Friendly” must be followed by a noun

A good test to this – If you can remove the words Female Friendly from the sentence or wording and the sentence or wording still makes sense then it is applicable

Female Friendly is the owner of the Program and the Trade Marks.

Accredited businesses indemnifies Female Friendly Pty Ltd; and the accredited business agrees to keep Female Friendly indemnified against all claims and all losses, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred by the accredited business arising wholly or in part from an act or omission of the accredited business or its employees, agents or contractors or any use of the Trade Marks by the accredited business.

Accredited businesses must maintain a public risk insurance policy covering repair claims during the term of this agreement.  Such insurance policy must also indemnify Female Friendly against any and all claims from any person/s.

Female Friendly Pty Ltd are an impartial party to any happenings with the service and products of our accredited businesses, and as such are not responsible or guarantee any particular service standards. Accredited Members are expected to maintain high standards of customer service, and Female Friendly have a Complaints Policy in place to act as a neutral mediator in the interest of both the business and the customer.

Photography disclaimer:
Female Friendly Pty Ltd reserves the right to use photographs, taken either at Female Friendly events or at Female Friendly Accredited business’ events, of patrons and/or participants, for the purposes of social pages, Female Friendly website images and social pages (such as Facebook) advertising and promoting Female Friendly and its programs. Adults, and adults responsible for minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify the Female Friendly representative at each event, or if they discover their image in any Female Friendly publication (albeit website, promotional material or other) that individual will need to notify Female Friendly in writing at info@femalefriendly.com.au or on 1300 PINK TICK.
