"My husband and I moved into a new house that was previously a rental recently. There was quite a bit of electrical work to be done. I called Tom Novakov, as recommended by Female Friendly. Even though Tom lives on the otherside of town, he said he'd be happy to help. He said "I'll be free soon, I'll come around and have a look in about an hour." When Tom arrived, I showed him through the house. Tom was wonderful. He had some great ideas and gave excellent advice. We then arranged Tom to commence work as discussed on a Friday.
