We know it is important to listen to women. They have a massive buying power and influence over the purchase decisions which demands attention, and they make 80% of all buying decisions.

Female Friendly accredits and recognizes businesses that comply with our Female Friendly Accreditation standards. We search for the following criteria in businesses looking to become Female Friendly Accredited (some standards may vary depending on the industry):

• Used and recommended by women – written testimonials displayed on the Female Friendly website so you can view what previous customers have thought of the business.
• Quotes written and explained in layman’s terms prior to any work.
• Quality assurance checks on the businesses and their employment policies (regarding staff that may visit your home)
• Experienced and qualified staff who have high customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Clean and accessible location including considerations for prams and children.

Our accredited businesses are kept accountable mostly by the Female Friendly team and by the feedback from the women who use these businesses, because women talk to women. Customers who use the services of a business that is Female Friendly Accredited sometimes share with us their pleasant experiences, but always let us know if there was a negative one. Female Friendly have a complaints policy in place that acts as a impartial mediator who acts in the best interest of both parties.
